What type of leather is used?

Each roll is made from full-grain, semi-aniline leather sourced from S.B. Foot Tannery in Minnesota, the same tannery trusted by heritage boot makers for over a century.

Will my knives stay secure when traveling?

Absolutely. Each pocket is reinforced and double-stitched, with flaps and straps that keep your blades from shifting during transport.

Where do orders ship from?

All knife rolls ship directly from our Norwood, Massachusetts workshop.

How do I maintain the leather?

Wipe it down with the soft microfiber cloth that comes with your knife roll after use to remove dust or residue. Every few months, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to keep the surface supple and rich in tone.

Is it water resistant?

Yes. The semi-aniline leather naturally repels water and resists stains. However, it's best to avoid soaking or storing in damp environments.

What if the leather scratches?

That's part of the patina; every mark tells your story. But if you'd like to restore it, a light touch of conditioner and a clean cloth will usually do the trick.
